Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by DependaCrew Citrus Heights Landscapers, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

Services

We provide professional landscaping services including but not limited to lawn care, landscape design and installation, hardscaping, irrigation systems, tree care, and other related services. All services are subject to availability and scheduling.

Service descriptions, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

Estimates and Pricing

All estimates provided are based on the information available at the time of inspection. Final pricing may vary if additional work is required or if site conditions differ from initial assessments. Any changes to the scope of work or pricing will be communicated to you before proceeding.

Payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement. We accept various payment methods as specified in your contract. Late payments may be subject to additional fees.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule a service appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

We reserve the right to reschedule services due to weather conditions, equipment issues, or other circumstances beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you as soon as possible and reschedule at your convenience.

Property Access and Safety

You are responsible for providing clear access to the work areas and ensuring that the property is safe for our crew to work. This includes securing pets, marking underground utilities, and informing us of any hazards or special conditions.

While we take care to protect your property, we are not responsible for damage to underground utilities, irrigation lines, or other features that are not properly marked or disclosed to us before work begins.

Warranties and Guarantees

We stand behind the quality of our work. Specific warranties for plants, materials, and workmanship will be outlined in your service agreement. Warranties do not cover damage caused by weather, pests, improper maintenance, or factors beyond our control.

If you have concerns about the quality of our work, please contact us within 30 days of service completion so we can address the issue promptly.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DependaCrew Citrus Heights Landscapers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website and marketing materials, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of DependaCrew Citrus Heights Landscapers and protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without our written permission.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts of Sacramento County, California.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
